‘Modern
Bitumen’ was developed as a journal dedicated to spreading knowledge
of advances made in the technology of bitumen. Commissioned by bitumen materials
specialist Nynas Bitumen, the journal contains the fruits of the company’s
research and development.
Barrett, Byrd Associates designed the publication and then researched and wrote the contents, under the close direction of Nynas. ‘Modern Bitumen’ carries the results of recent research along with details of on going projects. The articles are pitched at the non specialist with some technical understanding, but with enough detail to interest bitumen chemists and other specialists.
